Amy is a Registered Psychotherapist with an M.Ed. in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto.
Her collaborative approach integrates principles and techniques from many therapy modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential-Humanistic, Early Attachment, and Trauma-Based Therapies.
She is committed to creating an inclusive and trauma-informed space where you feel respected, understood, and accepted. In therapy, she will work with you to discover your goals for therapy, explore what ‘feeling better’ means for you, and create a path to get you there. It would be a privilege to support you in your journey of healing and growth.
